Clearance & Sale orders - Please allow up to 30 days to receive your order.
Please remember you are ordering from a single mom with a chronic illness, working a full time job, and caring for the MMB's customers and filling orders in between all of that.
I hope you enjoy the items you receive at an incredible value, and don't mind waiting a little bit until you receive them.

Expect your order to arrive up to 15 days from the date you placed your order. If you are ordering for a special occasion, or need your package sooner, immediately after you place your order, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know with subject line "rush order" be sure to include your order number, and the date you need to receive the package by (not the date of your event).
Orders placed during one of our huge sale events online, may take up to 30 days to ship due to high volume.
Shipping choices on the website have been updated to "First Class" which is for packages under 13 ounces, and "Standard Post" which is for packages over 13 ounces. Previously we offered "Priority Mail" which is the same as standard, however customers were getting confused thinking they paid extra for upgraded shipping. Packages over 13 ounces will still say "Priority Mail" on them.
The website does not offer Express Shipping as an option. If you need your package overnighted, please email me as soon as you place the order, and I will work with you on this, and invoice you for the difference in the shipping you paid, and the cost of Express Shipping. Ashley@MarlieMadison.com
We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our shipments.
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
The Marlie Madison Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Please ensure your address is accurate for USPS delivery when placing your order. If your order is returned to the MMB undelivered, we will contact you for a new address, and invoice you for the 2nd shipping charge.
